Ed Sheeran just dropped two new tracks, and yes, they're that good
The world’s most famous redhead has given us the first taste of his new album
Stop everything; after months of silence, long time Nova favourite Ed Sheeran has released two fresh tracks.
And yes, they're that good.
'Shape of You' and 'Castle on the Hill' are the first singles from his album ÷ (Divide), which follows his previous two albums, + (Plus) released in 2011 and x (Multiply), from 2014.
At the end of 2016, the 25-year-old singer/songwriter announced his temporary retirement in a lengthy Instagram post. It read:
“Hello all. I’m taking a break from my phone, emails and all social media for a while. I’ve had such an amazing ride over the last 5 years but I find myself seeing the world through a screen and not my eyes, so I’m taking this opportunity of me not having to be anywhere or do anything to travel the world and see everything I missed.”
However, after a series of cryptic posts on his socials, Ed has fulfilled his promise to release a new tune like, now.
